General Liability
Personal Property Brokers, Inc. and the Seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property while on the premises. Guests enter at their own risk.
Children
Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Supervising adults are fully responsible for any damage.
Bag Policy
Large bags, purses, backpacks, outerwear, and similar items are not permitted inside the sale. Complimentary shopping baskets are provided.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards with valid identification. All transactions are subject to management approval.
Purchases
All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Please inspect and test items carefully before purchase.
Sales Tax
Nevada sales tax applies to all purchases. Resellers must provide valid documentation at checkout.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or request anyone to leave if behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.
Security Notice
No valuables remain on-site outside sale hours. The property is protected by a monitored security system.
